English: We are offering our spacious 103 m² bungalow apartment for temporary rent, as we’ll be traveling for half a year. The apartment is quietly located in the courtyard of Viktoriastraße yet very central – the city center, supermarkets, and public transport are all within a 5-minute walk. A private parking space directly in front of the door is included. The apartment has an open and well-designed layout, is pleasantly bright thanks to skylights, and features a lovely terrace that invites you to relax. A fully equipped built-in kitchen is available. The apartment will be rented out partially furnished – we will store personal belongings and our mattresses during this time, but most of the furniture will remain for use. We’re looking for a reliable, quiet individual or couple who will take good care of our home while we’re away. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and we prefer a non-smoker. If you’re interested, we’d love to receive a short message with some information about you (e.g. your occupation and why you’re looking for a temporary place to stay). German: Wir bieten unsere großzügige Bungalowwohnung mit 103 m² zur Zwischenmiete an, da wir für ein halbes Jahr auf Reisen sind. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im Hinterhof der Viktoriastraße und gleichzeitig super zentral – Stadtzentrum, Supermärkte und Bahnanschluss sind fußläufig (5min) erreichbar. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein eigener Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist offen und gut geschnitten, durch Oberlichter angenehm hell und verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Eine ausgestattete Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung wird teilmöbliert übergeben – persönliche Dinge sowie unsere Matratzen lagern wir währenddessen ein. Die meisten Möbelstücke bleiben zur Nutzung da. Wir suchen eine zuverlässige, ruhige Einzelperson oder ein Paar, das unsere Wohnung in dieser Zeit pfleglich behandelt. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt, Nichtraucher*in wird bevorzugt. Bei Interesse freuen wir uns über eine kurze Nachricht mit ein paar Infos zu dir/euch (z. B. Beruf, warum du/ihr eine Wohnung auf Zeit suchst).
