The flat is on the top (5th) floor in a nice quiet neighbourhood, 3 min away from multi-bus station "Steglitzer Damm/Bismarckstr." (282, 284, M82, X83) in 5 min you reach S1 (Rathaus Steglitz), S25 (Südende), U9 (Rathaus Steglitz). Rental period is limited to two months (ideally you stay for the whole duration). There is W-LAN, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge in the flat. There are two rooms (living and sleeping room) in addition to bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen provides all necessary things (pots, catttle, cutlery, dishes, ...). The rental includes electricity, water and internet. Shopping options are within a 5 - 10 min walk distance (Edeka, Penny, Aldi, Rossmann, post office). Furthermore there is a nice park just across the street. The rental period is limited.
