Our spacious, fully furnished and equipped 1-bedroom loft offers a lovely combination of calm privacy and vibrant city life. It is located in the quiet "Hinterhaus" of a classic Berlin apartment complex and
sits on the top floor. The flat has south-west facing windows which allow natural light to flood the space throughout the day. Two rooftop terraces allow for BBQs, meals, sports, coffee, etc., especially in the summer months.
All official: The landlord approves of sublets. Thus, registering / "Anmeldung" is possible. (And required by law for stays longer than 3 months).
Berlin Mitte has a lot to offer. You will discover plenty of cute cafés, amazing restaurants, art galleries, museums, boutiques, historic buildings and so much more! Plus, with U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and buses nearby, getting around is effortless.

Unsere geräumige, möblierte und voll ausgestattete 2 Zimmer-Loft bietet eine seltene Kombi aus ruhiger Privatsphäre und Stadtleben. Es befindet sich im ruhigen Hinterhaus eines klassischen Berliner Altbaus und liegt in der obersten Etage.
Alle Fenster der Wohnung sind nach Südwesten ausgerichtet, die den Raum tagsüber mit natürlichem Licht durchfluten. Zwei Dachterrassen laden vor allem in den Sommermonaten zum Grillen, Essen, Sport, Kaffee trinken etc. ein.
Alles legal: Die Vermieterin ist informiert und lässt die Untermiete zu. Anmeldung ist möglich. (Bei Aufenthalten länger als 3 Monaten sowieso erforderlich).
Berlin Mitte hat super viel zu bieten: In der Nachbarschaft sind viele süße Cafés, besonders leckere Restaurants, Kunstgalerien, Museen, Boutiquen, historische Gebäude und vieles mehr! Außerdem sind U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Trams und Busse in der Nähe.
